The Sportmax Spring-Summer 2025 show was held at the Pinacoteca di Brera, Milan’s largest public art gallery, featuring a wide selection of works by Italy’s Old Masters.
The brand’s team continued to implement and polish the ideas of the two previous collections, which turned out to be commercially successful. From the spring-summer collection, they took airy layers of organza layered on top of each other, gathered into dresses, and from the autumn-winter collection, they took geometry, in which the shapes became even sharper, the silhouettes even clearer, and the necklines even more revealing.

Jersey dresses were draped around a cord at the neck, falling in waves down the front and leaving the back bare. Others, including those in the finest perforated leather, draped the body in a soft, flowing wave.

As in the previous season, there were several 2D tunic dresses, very long, with deep V-necklines and several outfits in which the waistband of the trousers (also with a 2D effect) was increased in volume to create a contrasting refinement in the waist area.

The dynamics were provided by transparent drops, similar to rock crystal, falling from neck hoops or hiding under the top layer of outfits, and fringe covering dresses and tops.

I noticed dresses made from transparent pleats, knitted sets with micro shorts, asymmetrical leather tops and dresses in strict black, and huge transparent plastic bags.
