Ingredients
- 300 g pasta
- 300 g chicken fillet
- 250 gr mushrooms
- 150 g roasted peppers from a jar
- 250 ml cooking cream
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 tsp paprika powder
- 1 tsp parsley
- pinch of salt and pepper

Preparation method
- Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
- Chop the onion and slice the mushrooms and the roasted peppers. Chop the garlic finely.
- Cut the chicken fillet into pieces and season with salt, pepper and paprika powder.
- Pour a dash of oil into a frying pan and brown the chicken all around. Add the onion and mushrooms and fry for 5 minutes. Then add the garlic and roasted pepper and fry for a few minutes.
- Add the cooking cream and season with salt, pepper and parsley. Let the sauce simmer gently for a few minutes.
- Stir the cooked pasta into the sauce and mix well. Let the pasta warm up in the sauce for a minute.
