Tips
How do you store ginger shots?
Store freshly made ginger shots in the refrigerator in a sealed bottle or container. Use clean materials. Store in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
You can also freeze ginger shots, this is handy in large ice cube molds. Store them in the freezer for up to 4 months.
Why do you use organic ingredients?
Organic food is better for your health and the environment, because it is free of chemical pesticides and artificial additives. I like to choose organic, especially for vegetables and fruits that are used with the peel in dishes, such as lemons. That way I know for sure that no harmful substances end up in my food. Moreover, organic products often taste a bit purer and tastier!
