Tips
How long can you keep a smoothie in the fridge?
A smoothie will keep in the fridge for about 1 to 2 days if you keep it in a sealed bottle or jar. Be careful with avocado, banana and dairy products such as yoghurt or milk, these will make a smoothie less durable. Shaking before use is recommended.
Do you need to freeze fruit first for a smoothie?
You don’t have to, but frozen fruit makes your smoothie nice and cold and creamy. You can also add ice cubes if you use fresh fruit. And boxes or bags of fruit from the supermarket are often cheaper than fresh fruit.
