Learning to love yourself is a process that never ends, it is a journey. Learning to love yourself is taking steps every day that allow you to feel a little better every day. But there are universal signals that let you know that you are on the right track on your path to self-love…
1. You no longer feel annoying or left out when you notice that people have agreed to something without you, especially if you would rather do something else.
2. You know who you are and are aware of yourself and the things you want and that is much more important to you than what others think of you.

3. You know yourself well enough to know what you do and do not need and have no difficulty with self-reflection.
4. You consciously choose who you spend your time with and what you spend your time on.
5. You are optimistic about life and the people around you notice this too. When you feel good about yourself, you will notice that people are attracted to you.
6. You no longer need everyone to like you and appreciate you. You know that everyone is different and therefore no longer take things personally.
