It remains a challenge: taking good care of yourself and trying to keep all the balls up at the same time. But it is super important! Because if you take good care of yourself, you can also take better care of others. Below you will find 10 signals that show that you are unfortunately not taking good enough care of yourself:
1. You haven’t completely accepted yourself yet
This is what many people struggle with: the ability to simply accept who we are. For whatever reason, we still make attempts to appear, think, and behave differently than we actually are. We think that we have to live up to a certain image that we have created in our heads.
Self-acceptance is not easy, but it is certainly achievable. It’s not just a healthy way of life, it should be the way of life. Self-acceptance is accepting who we are without judgment.
2. You’re still too hard on yourself
When we are always hard on ourselves, it is impossible to be kind to yourself at the same time. By continually punishing ourselves and not accepting our mistakes, we become unhappy.
You can become happy when you are kind to yourself. Achieve this by admitting our shortcomings and no longer punishing ourselves. No one is perfect and the willingness to accept this makes life much easier.

Do you really remember what your dreams are? What things are extremely important to you? What are your expectations of life and of other people? Sometimes you don’t know this yourself anymore because you are always busy with others.
